NDIS

We are currently an unregistered NDIS provider. What this means is that we are able to assist with Self Managed and Plan Managed claims.

Please see below on how to proceed with NDIS purchases.

SELF MANAGED
You make payment for your purchases and are later reimbursed through self claiming.
How to Order:
1. Please complete your purchase online, and we will email you a tax invoice for you to claim independently.

PLAN MANAGED
You choose your items and send an invoice to you Plan Manager for approval and payment.
How to Order: 
1. Choose and items to your cart. Ensure that the selected items meet your childs NDIS goals
2. Proceed to Checkout and select 'NDIS Direct Deposit' as your payment method.
3. At this point, no payment is taken. An invoice will be emailed to you, shortly after completing checkout. You will then need to forward it onto your Plan Manager for approval.
4. Once approved, your Plan Manager will make the necessary payment.

Your Plan Manager is responsible for assessing the appropriateness of your claim. Once your request has been approved, we will send you a confirmation email along with a dispatch and tracking number.
