1. What countries do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide through our easy to navigate online store.
For all orders outside Australia, please contact us for processing and shipping fees.
Please note: mini marshi will not be responsible for any taxes incurred at borders.

2. How long will it take before I receive my order?
After your order has been dispatched, standard shipping will arrive within 2-8 business days. Express shipping will arrive within 1-4 business days.

3. Do you have a physical Store?
For the moment, we are an online retail store only.

4. Can I pickup my order?
We are currently unable to offer pick ups for orders from our warehouse. If you require your order urgently, please contact us via email: hello@minimarshi.com.au for a quicker turnover. Please note that extra charges may apply.

5. What are you doing about sustainability?
Here at mini marshi HQ, we are committed to ensuring we help leave the planet a little better off for future generations to come, so that they too can experience the wonderful play that current generations are enjoying.We hope to achieve this through reducing our carbon footprint by eliminating our in-house paper dependency and going electronic, as well as ensuring our packaging is made from high quality, eco friendly, biodegradable and recycled materials. 6. I received my order damaged, what do I do?
We pride ourselves in providing high quality products and assess each item before being shipped. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item, please contact us via email: hello@minimarshi.com.au to initiate a return.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a notification email with tracking details. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, please contact us via email: hello@minimarshi.com.au

8. How is my order packaged?
Your items will be sent in our beautifully neutral packaging, hand-picked and packed. There will be no pricing on the products or within the packaging, and invoices will be emailed to the email used at checkout.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We absolutely do! YAY!
Your order will be wrapped using fun, premium wrapping material. You have complete choice of wrapping style and ribbon colour. Find out more.
You can also choose to add a message for a more personalised touch.

10. I purchased an item but no longer want it, can I refund my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. An exchange will be offered for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of being delivered. The item(s) must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and in resellable condition. Once approved, the amount paid for the item (excluding delivery costs) will be provided to you in the form of a digital gift card. Please note: this excludes sale items, gift cards, socks, swimwear and underwear.
